JUSTIN "KUTMAH" MCNULTY (aka Bibaway... aka Ramone Romantiko... aka Justin Silverlake... aka Egyptian Lava... aka Kookooman... aka McNulty Filth... aka Cutman... aka Captain Falafel... aka Broh... aka Kutmah Fresh) was born in the UK to an Egyptian mother and Scottish father. He moved to the US when he was twelve years old. On May 5th, 2010, armed federal agents entered his house and detained him. Kutmah was brought to a facility in downtown LA where he was interrogated regarding immigration issues. On May 7th he was moved to a New Mexico detention center where he was locked down until his release (almost two months later) on June 29th. Kutmah was deported to the UK where he currently resides, and cannot legally re-enter the United States.
On June 3rd 2010 the "FREE KUTMAH BENEFIT CONCERT" was held at the Echoplex, and Los Angeles WAS in this fucking building! DAM FUNK, DAEDELUS, THE GASLAMP KILLER, SAMIYAM, TEEBS, RAS G, ABCNT, JON WAYNE (Kutmah's newest gem), and what was billed as VERY SPECIAL GUESTS - PEANUT BUTTER WOLF, MAYER HAWTHORNE, EXILE, MASTER BLAZTER, THAVIUS BECK, ZACKEY FORCE FUNK, DR. STRANGELOOP, AZUL213, J-LOGIC and DIBIASE - alongside the HIT+RUN CREW showed tribute to Kootz in the highest form. Six hours of amazing music performances were recorded (bigups Chitlins) and then refashioned by RAS G into this exclusive one-hour time capsule. OHHHHH RAS!
